These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.valkrontech.com and any purchase from ValkronTech Ltd (“ValkronTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. To purchase a knife or other age-restricted product, you must be at least 18 years old or meet any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable to you. We may require age or identity verification at checkout, before dispatch, or upon delivery. We may reject or cancel an order if satisfactory verification is not provided. 2. Lawful Purchase, Importation, Possession, and Use

Knife laws vary between countries, states, provinces, regions, and local jurisdictions. Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that the product may lawfully be purchased, imported, delivered, possessed, stored, transported, carried, and used at the destination. Products must be used only as lawful tools and must never be used to threaten, intimidate, injure, or facilitate unlawful conduct. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Product Information and Availability

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, measurements, materials, colours, prices, and images accurately. Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, lighting, photography, or display settings. All products are subject to availability. We may correct errors, update information, or withdraw a product before accepting an order.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, identity, age, delivery details, stock, fraud risk, and legal restrictions before acceptance. Unless stated otherwise, the contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, listing or pricing errors, lack of stock, shipping restrictions, failed age verification, or legal compliance. If we cancel a paid order before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Prices, Taxes, Duties, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other government charges may apply. The total charged by us is shown before order submission, but destination-country import charges may be collected separately unless checkout expressly states they are included. Payment must be authorised through an available payment method. We may change prices prospectively, but a change will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious error.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, charges, estimates, customs responsibilities, tracking, and address requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and responsibility for goods pass as required by applicable law. Customs or other authorities may inspect, delay, refuse, seize, or return a shipment, and we cannot guarantee customs clearance.

7. 14-Day Cancellation and Returns

For eligible consumer purchases, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving the order. After notifying us, please return the item within 14 days. Voluntary returns must be unused, unsharpened, unmodified, safely packaged, and returned with the original packaging and accessories, subject always to mandatory consumer rights. Detailed eligibility, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, refund timing, and instructions are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, misdescribed, or incorrect, and provide the order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable law. Do not send a knife or sharp product without first obtaining return instructions, and package all sharp edges securely.

9. Accounts and Website Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for information submitted through your account. You must not misuse the website; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; submit false or fraudulent information; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the website or products to facilitate harmful or unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual Property

The VALKRON brand, logos, and original website content are owned by or legally licensed to ValkronTech Ltd. Some products are supplied by third-party manufacturers, and their related designs and intellectual-property rights belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, displaying or selling a product does not indicate any affiliation, authorisation, or cooperation with another brand.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and other services. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.

13. Liability and Consumer Rights

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, losses caused by unlawful or improper product use, or business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Customers remain responsible for safe handling, storage, maintenance, transport, and lawful use of all products.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, policies, operations, or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country of residence, and disputes may be heard by any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern promptly.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above and any order-specific information presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and ValkronTech Ltd concerning use of the website and purchases from us.
