ValkronTech Ltd ships eligible products to supported destinations in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below USD $89: USD $18 standard shipping.
- Orders of USD $89 or more: free standard shipping.
The applicable option and final charge are shown at checkout after a delivery address is entered.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is normally 10–18 days from order confirmation unless a different estimate is displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote destinations, or address issues.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact the customer and, where required, offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Tracking may take several days to update.
Customs and Local Restrictions
Customers are responsible for checking whether a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, carried, or used at the destination. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and government fees are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states they are included. Customs authorities may inspect or delay shipments, and we do not guarantee customs clearance.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately about corrections; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Contact Valkron.office@gmail.com promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
